Scope: Mission focused ITC and AV professional services supporting agency specific technology requirements, including systems integration, engineering, program and project support, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud, automation, enterprise systems, operations, training, modernization, and related technical services within the awarded SEWP VI scope.
Final scope eligibility is determined by the applicable SEWP VI contract, the selected category, the customer requirement, applicable NAICS and business size criteria, and NASA SEWP processes.
Federal customers may use the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool in accordance with agency acquisition procedures. CoreTech will respond to eligible SEWP VI quote requests within its awarded categories and approved contract scope.

Installation, deployment, transition, acceptance, and delivery requirements will be performed in accordance with the applicable delivery or task order. CoreTech coordinates with the customer and applicable providers to address order specific implementation and delivery requirements.
Warranty, extended warranty, software support, maintenance, and technical support are governed by the applicable order and the relevant manufacturer, publisher, provider, or service terms. CoreTech coordinates issue intake, provider engagement, status tracking, escalation, and resolution when applicable.
For delayed, incomplete, incorrect, unavailable, or otherwise problematic orders, contact the CoreTech SEWP VI Program Office. CoreTech will review the order record, coordinate with the customer and provider as appropriate, and escalate unresolved matters through the Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager.
CoreTech identifies its SEWP VI awards as part of a multiple award Government Wide Acquisition Contract. Fair opportunity requirements are applied at the individual order level in accordance with FAR 16.505(b) and the applicable SEWP VI contract terms.
